Okay, listen, I’m going to tell you about Jack of Spades seeds, but not as a botanist, but as a human being, as a friend. This variety is, like, fire. Seriously, if you’re looking for something that’s both relaxing and energizing, this is it. I myself thought at first that this was just another “loud” variety with a cool name, but no, there’s really something to latch on to here.
Anyway, Jack of Spades is a hybrid, and it’s so, you know, balanced. You don’t fly too far into the sky, and you don’t sink into the couch like a cat after dinner. It’s got a fun flavor, by the way. Well, I’m not a gourmet, of course, but there’s something fruity and berry, with a slight tartness. Like someone mixed blueberries with something sweet and added a pinch of earth. It sounds weird, but it’s a buzz.
It’s pretty easy to grow, by the way. Well, I will not say that it is straight “plant and forget”, but for beginners quite ok. The main thing – do not forget about light and water, well, and do not overdo it with fertilizers. I, for example, one bush once almost died, because I decided that “the more, the better”. But nothing, survived, and then gave out such lumps that I was proud of myself, as if I had won the Nobel Prize.
And it’s also quite compact, so if you don’t have room for huge bushes, it’s a godsend. And its cones are so dense, sticky, with lots of trichomes. They look like somebody sprinkled powdered sugar on them. And the smell, oh, God, the smell. Even if you’re not going to do anything about it, it’s nice to smell it.
All in all, if you want something versatile, with a cool flavor and an effect that doesn’t knock you off your feet but doesn’t leave you without energy either, Jack of Spades is the way to go. I’m serious, try it, you’ll thank me later.
