How to Grow Jealousy Seeds?
If you have decided to grow Jealousy, here are a couple of useful tips so that you won’t be painfully hurt for the result. The variety, of course, is not super complicated in care, but there are a few nuances that should be taken into account to make everything go as planned.
The first thing that I noticed is that Jealousy likes good lighting. I won’t say that you need to put it under UV light, but the more light the better. I tried growing it in a room with an ordinary light bulb, and somehow it was slow to grow. When I put it under powerful phytolamps – then it went like butter. But if you have a completely dark place, this is obviously not suitable for you.
Second – watering. With this you need to be careful, because Jealousy has such a thing that if you overwater, it will start to rust and get sick, and if you do not overwater, it will also be bad. The golden mean! As for me, it is better to water a little more often, but less – so the plants do not stagnate in water and the roots do not begin to rot. But, of course, this is all individual, depending on the soil and temperature.
As for temperature, this variety does not like strong fluctuations. He feels normal in the range of 20-26 degrees, so if you live somewhere hot, there will be no problems with this. But if it’s suddenly winter cold – it’s better to take a little care that it doesn’t slip below 18, otherwise it won’t be quite fun for the plant.
